Make Breach of Oath a Crime

The Ruling Class of Congress and the President have shredded their oaths of office.  They pursue policy that is extra-Constitutional, in outright defiance of the oaths they swear.

Here is the bad news:  There is not one hell of a lot we can do today.  But we have much to do in the future, if we are to keep our nation from erupting into Civil War.

And fellow Americans we are certainly close to that.  We are because we are confronted with a new type of man and woman - we are confronted with people in our ruling class who will lie to your face, lie everywhere, intensify their lie when called out about it, and they will do it without compunction.  Muslims only owe other Muslins a mote of truth, so Keith Ellison and his ilk will never have to tell us non-Muslims anything but a lie.  The Judeo-Christians among us know that the 9th Commandment is requires of us truth; and the 3rd Commandment warns us that to swear in God's name is a mortal sin.

And there are too many people who just don't give a damn about that.

Barack Hussein Obama, Debra Wasserman-Schultz, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Dr. Howard Dean, Chuck Shumer and his apt pupil "conservative Democrat (oh dear lord, now there's a crock of crap)" Kirsten Gillibrand, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton are people who hold now or have held elected office, who most likely cannot pass a lie detector test.  Wasserman-Schultz quite possibly has outstripped BHO in the Lying SOB sweepstakes - she is sure that no one will notice the 20 million missing jobs since her boss BHO took office, so she keeps saying that unemployment is down.  We are sure she thinks her lying will keep her in good stead with her Democrat/LIberal brethren, and that might bolster her sales for her upcoming book.

This passel of liars would spit in your face.  They fear no consequence; they don't fear God.  They believe what they do in our names is what we had damn well better support and live with.  Constitution, 10 Commandments, be damned.

Our Protections Today are Few

First, the Press, a.k.a. Main Stream Media. Our Free Press has been taken over by ideologues at the tops of their decision-making chains; they have driven a bias reportage agenda down to the street level.  (Read our "War on the MSM" commentary")

That great powerful information tool is being wielded against us, in favor of totalitarian government.  And no one, save Hear Us Now USA, has even broached the subject of competing with them to drive their bad product out of the marketplace.  (Print isn't dead; just biased print is!)

The media we have grown accustomed to having as our watchdog, is now an attack dogs at our throats, whose masters are the interloping oath-breakers who dominate Washington and state legislatures across our great nation.

This historic protections has been corrupted. If we majority Americans, that is the Conservative core of this country, do not immediately launch competing media outlets all across the United States, we shall nave no voice.

Next, the courts are there to protect us.  Unreliable and biased are they, too.  The Supreme Court has not yet been taken over again by legislating activist justices, with an anti-Constitutional or extra-Constitutional bias.  But this remedy is never closer than a year away, and this President has appointed two ideologues already.

So, we are on our own.  One could argue that the Military could offer us the protection, but that precedent would be a sad statement, and would toss the USA into the Banana Republic category.

We find ourselves thinking about passive and active resistance to this government.

Special Prosecutor and Criminal Code

In Ancient Rome, Valerius Publicola sought to condemn any man who usurped the executive power without the due process of election after the expulsion of the Roman monarchy.  The disenfranchised Plebes of Rome demanded justice and protection from their ruling class, and in 490 BC, they won the office of Tribune, and were given two, eventually ten.  The Tribune had the power to free an Plebian from any Roman magistrate; his power was super-constitutional, and it mimicked the twin executive system instituted after the expulsion of the Tarquin kings.  The Tribunes, though, had no military authority.

These adjustments Rome made to secure the stability of its society and state.  Religion and law were insufficient to appease all;  the ruling class of the Patricians bore down hard upon the mostly poor Plebians, whose number by that time was as large as the Patricians.  Rome itself would be the center of the world for 900 years thereafter.

Like the Romans, our moral fiber perhaps has weakened. Does this mean that we do nothing? Of course not.  We can fix this right now:  There must be prosecution for suspected breach of oath, and the penalty must be prison.

We propose the following:  breach of oath of office must be made a felonious act of treason. However imperfect this may be, we must construct an instrument that will put prosecution in motion.  We must put in place wording that binds our elected officials upon pain of incarceration to enforce the Constitution as written.  We must never permit the grand breaches of it we've seen since the 2008 111th Congress and the Obama Presidency; breaking the Constitution and playing poker with the Supreme Court can never be allowed to occur again.

Anyone convicted of breach of oath of office shall be ever forward forbidden to hold elective office.

The model for this watchdog agency will be the CBO.  This Tribune Prosecutor will parse the behavior of elected officials and all oath-takers at the Federal level.  No one will be immune from his scrutiny.  Activist judges will be subject to arrest as well; they are, after all not above the law.  They won't be above this one.

We must prepare legislation that convokes a special prosecutor who himself or herself is bound to uphold the letter of the Constitution.  That court must act immediately, and any action of Congress or President that transgresses our Constitution must in days, not weeks, come to court.

To swear an oath to protect defend and uphold the Constitution, and then to willfully break it, must become a criminal offense of treason.

Friedrich Nietzsche wrote extensively in his "Genealogy of Morals" about crime and conscience.  He expounds upon the blood that has been shed in history to put a handful of ideas into the heads of people what they should not do.  "Only that which is burned in remains in the conscience; only that which causes constant pain." he wrote in Chapter Five.  That used to be the fear of God, but no more.  But we must put that idea in the heads of our politicians.  They toy with their oath before God at the risk of accusation, notoriety, and imprisonment for treasonous abuse of oath of office.  The show of the trial would do much to restore respect for us, We the People.  Nietzsche again in Chapter 6: "Punishment is after all very much a celebration."  So should the idea of a ruined political career and prison become a scarecrow in the field of the civil freedoms of the American people.

What Has Happened to Bring Us to This

Barack Obama and the a great majority of the members of the 111th Congress of 2008 - 2010 broke their oaths of office so often that they have left us patriots on the cusp of revolt. (See our article, "What if Civil War?")  What can we do about it?

There was a time when one's word was everything.  Now, it is nothing. You can watch Nancy Pelosi flushing our Constitution down the toilet during her infamous "Pass the bill (ObamaCARE) so that we can know what is in it" press conference; no one railed at her during that speech.

But when we heard it, we heard the foundation of our society rock and crumble.  For it means that we have elected not just one traitor to the august body of the Congress of the United States, but a majority of the 535 that make - no, TAKE - a living there.  No one, no thinking human being, no thinking, patriotic American citizen could possibly believe that our entire National Legislatures would vote to take our Health Care choice without even reading the legislation that will so deprive us of it.

Yet, this has come to pass.  And in that moment, our nation sped downhill past one of the last mile-markers on the United States of America's skeleton-run into the abyss.

So much for Nancy Pelosi.

Let's now reveiw the extra-Constitutional behavior of Barack Hussein Obama.

He nationalized a portion of the Automobile industry, a super-Constitutional act.  He then used his politicos to erase the dealership of his political opponents!  Nor could this have been done without the support of the terrible management of those automobile concerns (Alfred Sloan Jr., were are you?).  These interests were reluctant to seek bankruptcy reorganization because of the impact upon the union contracts they had struck which were UNSUSTAINABLE.  So, Big Government and its crony capital idiot bastard children walked hand-in-hand with Big Labor, to the detriment of the American taxpayer.

Barack Hussein was so proud of his assault upon the Constitution with the passage of the Affordable Health Care Act that he was stunned that Americans weren't "thanking him" in sufficient numbers!  So great is his arrogance.  And now, several weeks ago, he declared the in-session Senate in recess! And thereupon made four appointments without that body's advice and consent. Several businessmen have taken the U.S. Government to Court (read Human Events story by clicking here!)

The President has also directed his Justice Department to attack Boeing Corporation and stop it from opening a new factory in a right-to-work state; he has directed them NOT to prosecute civil rights violations of minorities against white people (!), and has filed lawsuits against four states who have passed laws to protect its citizens from the incursions of illegal aliens.  Our National Government under his radical leftist hand is attacking our federalism, and chooses to ignore its obligations under the Constitution to protect our borders, and our civil liberties.

Conclusion

To save us all from the lying tactic of career politicians, we must bring swift justice to oath-breakers.  They don't fear God, nor do they respect their office enough to think we care how they behave.  Therefore, they must fear US.  The idea of a ruined life and the cold confines of a jail cell for a year should reinvigorate the importance of adhering to an oath as if it meant your life.

This is the only way we can preserve ourselves from the cynical forces of Liberalism, whose strategies are LIE and ABUSE the spirit of the laws whenever possible.  Convicting a Senator, or an activist judge, or a sitting President of over-stepping his or her Constitutional limits is a remedy to our national disaster.

Let's get behind an idea like this.
