Louis Freeh Report Damns Everyone
N.C.A.A.*, hear this: GIVE PENN STATE THE DEATH PENALTY. NOW.
Louis Freeh, the former FBI director under Clinton took the evidence and pointed fingers at everyone of responsibility. If you heard any part of the televised report, you heard a human being fuming at the findings that an entire Sports Program and its Administrative chain of command tolerated the homosexual rape of boys.
In the case of Joe Paterno, for a decade and a half that we know of. For the rest, for years. Curley and Schultz are facing perjury charges that could lead to seven years of prison.
Paterno? and Sandusky's Wife?
Deeper in this quagmire of abuse are other factors. For one: Joe Paterno scouted Jerry Sandusky, his fair-haired boy on defense; Paterno was Defensive Coordinator under Skip Engle 1963 - 1965. Sandusky was then, according to reports from witnesses, a handsome guy who didn't date girls.
Might one wonder that the social scrutiny of the 60s era might have revealed Jerry Sandusky's proclivity for intimate contact with males and boys? Also, while puzzling over that, could Joe Paterno have been ignorant of this behavior when he hired Sandusky in 1969? Could he have remained innocently unaware for 40 years?
Come on, no one is that stupid or blind.
Well, how about Sandusky's wife, the former Dorothy Gross? At least one victim testified that she looked the other way when he yelled for help. The Sanduskys had six adopted children, and at least one of them offered testimony of being sexually abused by Jerry Sandusky - Matt Sandusky.
If Dorothy Sandusky is not under police investigation, she certainly should be. And the adoption agency that worked with the Sanduskys should also be under scrutiny for how they vetted their prospective parents.
Sandusky was convicted on 45 of 48 counts of criminal conduct on June 26th of this year, in the abuse of 8 male minors.
Joe Paterno covered up Jerry Sandusky's abuse of boys for at least 
14 years. Tim Curely, Athletic Dircort, former Penn State Vice President Gary Schulz, and former President Graham Spanier were likewise tarred with the stigma of having looked the other way as their Football program Defensive Coordinator buggered and otherwise sexually abused boys in the locker rooms and residences of Happy Valley.
And this day, this day is NOT about Jerrry Sandusky, as the Joe Pa apologists and many Penn State Alums are crying,. No, this is about Joseph Paterno's criminal neglect, that only God's embrace in death could have protected him from.
Joe Paterno's legacy is tarred forever. Forever. The entire management stamp and touch of Penn State University must be purged, and now.
If the NCAA is truly a policing organization, and not an arbitrary organization of fools, it will will act to give Penn State what it so richly deserves: the death penalty.
The Football program must now be terminated for five years, with the hope that in those 1800 days the memory of a disgusting and disgraceful injustice will be on an ebb tide, and that Penn State will be known for other things beside the sex monster Jerry Sandusky and his protectors, Joe Paterno and the University's hierarchy.

The Paterno family issued a statement that Sandusky was a manipulator who artfully kept information form Joe Paterno, and it was pathetic, given the evidence.
Sandusky the predator surfed area high schools "recruiting" for Joe Paterno and the Nitanny Lions. He then used his Second Mile Charitable foundation for the same purposes. We may never know how many times he overcame a young boy's innocence in the Penn State locker room, but I'd wager it was more than eight children over 40 years.
We urge the N.C.A.A. to strip Penn State of its Football accreditation. We urge appropriate law enforcement to indict and investigate Dorothy Sandusky for her possibly complicit role in procuring boys for Jerry's lust, and in abetting the rapes that occurred in her home.
We further urge law enforcement to follow the chain of boy-procurement for homosexual predators where ever that evidence may lead, whether adoption agencies or Second Mile-like charities.
Joe Paterno's letter before his death saying that Sandusky's behavior shouldn't impact the football program was an affront to human dignity, and speaks to an inner denial and complicity that is so revolting that it makes you wish Joe Paterno could stand trial. But no; rest in peace, Joe Paterno. Louis Freeh got it 100% right: Your legacy rests with you.
