The New Jersey 2nd Congressional Legislative District is the largest patch of geography in New Jersey: Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Camden, Atlantic, Ocean, Burlington and Salem Counties all have a piece of the New Jersey 2nd Legislative District. Frank LoBiondo, the incumbent Congressman, who once touted term limits to get elected, now seeks his 9th term in Congress.
He has amassed a "D" rating from the American Conservative Union; he is a tax-and-spend Republican, and, therefore, a Republican in Name Only, if ever there was one.
